Fusion Work
Brainstorm what I could potentiallly need in life
I decided to make a perch like table so I can enjoy the view of Boston from my room
Thought about the size of our plywood and what I needed so I pretty much used the entire sheet
Once you finish your design you have to convert it to an arrangment and lay your piece flat on the sheet
Then assign tool paths in the manufacturing section
Make sure to download plug in to add dog bones to your design or else it will not fit together
Place Pieces as an arrangement in fusion
Assembled Table hopefully
CNC Table
Nail the wood to table in order to secure it
Follow all ijnstructions on the CNC mill
Vacuum when done
Get board off of table using pry bar
Make sure to move the board along the table to shear off any nails
Putting together pieces
Starting to machine
Extensive cleaning needed
Build Table
Cut every tab off using a bandsaw or handsaw thing
Sand down every connection
This is where I realized that I never looked into tolerances for this type of material
Fight with the pieces to get it together
Super glue to hold it i place for when you wood glue and duck tape to have better joint connection
Dry the table overnight
Sit on top of table to test
Drying legs overnight
Almost final product
